I couldn’t recommend safestore more. Both Michael and Lawrence have been very quick to reply to emails regarding renting storage units. They have been nothing but helpful and extremely friendly. They have been very accommodating in sorting us extra storage when the unit we hired wasn’t quite big enough for all our belongings. If you’re looking for storage options I would definitely recommend Safestore.
Lawrence looked after us perfectly. All explained in detail and really good storage unit. Left it today. Very easy to finalise account. Close to city centre. Recommend
I'm currently using safestore at Lawmoor Street in Glasgow in between house moves. I made an initial enquiry online, then completed my reservation over the phone with Lawrence who was very helpful in determining what size of storage I needed and what was the best terms of booking. On arrival I was helped my Michael who gave a good understanding of how the facility operates and was very helpful in setting me up for unloading the van. A very good service.
Really friendly staff and the whole sign-up process was quick and easy. They’re always happy to help, and our deliveries are always looked after. Had a great experience so far and would definitely recommend.

I’ve been using the storage unit for almost 3 years and not had any issues. Lawrence and Michael are always around and are not afraid to get their hands dirty by helping to move stock etc. The place is always clean and tidy and the toilets are immaculate. 10/10 for the service these 2 provide.
