Used this storage unit for a year. Great space, no issues and convenient location. Trolleys and lift available if you're on the mezzanine. Never had issues with access, if the shutter was closed then you just press the buzzer, speak to the gaffer and they open it for you. Only downside is the 1pm close on a Saturday but that's due to the entire industrial estate being locked up, but easily worked around.

Excellent storage unit and good price to rent i hired 2 units to hold our stuff as we were moving house and had a delay with the move. Mark and Rachel were really helpfull helping me with my initial enquiry for 1 unit then found I needed another one halfway through. Had no problems at all throughout the rental. Would highly recommend

I'd like to leave a review just to explain the kindness & support that I received from Mark & Rachel at M54 self storage, my story started when my son had to come home, because he had hit rock bottom I needed to find storage and my friend Karen recommended M54 storage. So I phoned Rachel I was very distressed at the time and she calmed me down and reassured me everything was gonna be fine. In the last 8 months they have been there for me. They have gone above and beyond they offer support to the homeless and they even offered me a NHS discount even though I'd left the NHS by then. They have restored my faith in people again. with there kind support. My son last week moved into his new home and cannot thank them enough for there help. Total strangers that have now become friends. Thank you both Sonia.

Our first time using M54 Storage, they have been brilliant and understanding when needing to add more weeks onto our original time frame. Great storage size unit and such friendly family run business. So pleased with how smooth the process is from booking units sizes and signing contracts to being able to access the unit whenever we need even when noone is present it's just been such a massive weight lifted off our shoulders as we're currently moving home so all our stuff is in the unit and being able to access it whenever we want no matter how many times a day is just brilliant will definitely be recommending to my family and friends & will 100% use these again in the future when needed.
