Ease and speed of use recur throughout feedback on this Wolverhampton storage facility, with customers describing a straightforward booking and drop-off process that needs no account and involves no waiting around. Bags are typically left for a few hours, often while attending a gig or catching onward transport, and reviewers frequently point to how quick both drop-off and collection prove to be. Proximity to the railway and bus stations, a short walk away, is singled out as convenient for travellers arriving in the town, while the setting inside a hotel is said to make the facility simple to locate.

Members of staff are described as friendly and helpful, with one account recalling that a team member offered advice on alternative routes home after a train was cancelled. The service is reported as cheap and fast, and a customer who used it twice remarked on the good service on each occasion. Another called the facility brilliantly handy when a venue would not allow bags inside, and the online booking and payment process is described as efficient, with at least one traveller mentioning repeat use.
