Magenta Self Storage Oxford

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am extremely happy with my experience at Magenta Storage Oxford. The facilities are excellent, and the customer service has been exceptional throughout my time storing my belongings there. In particular, I would like to highlight Len, whose professionalism, helpfulness and consistently friendly approach have really stood out. Len has always been incredibly helpful and accommodating, and has gone above and beyond to make the whole experience easy and stress-free. The combination of excellent facilities, outstanding customer service and a genuinely high degree of professionalism makes Magenta Storage a company I would have no hesitation in recommending. I am very grateful for the excellent service I have received and would definitely use them again.

The small locker was perfect to store my boxes over summer, Maya at reception was very helpful and friendly

This is a great storage facility in Oxford, which I cannot highly recommend enough! The units are very clean and very secure and spread over various floors with a range of trollies, a commercial lift and packaging material in reception, should you need to purchase any. My company have been using Magenta Storage for 10 years and we always find the customer service A1; a very accommodating, helpful, professional and friendly team!

I have rented a space with magenta for the past 6mths or so and l must say l have been very happy with the services provided. Shah, Jamie and his other team members who i've met along the way, are always welcoming and greet you with a smile. The place is loverly clean and refreshing. I highly reccommend Magenta Storage. Have been impressed with customer service at Magenta. Prices were high but they were happy to price match big yellow and storage king. Shah, Maya and Len have all been really helpful, responsive and friendly. Couple of small issues around out of hours access and a missing rivit on door lock bracket were fixed swiftly and without complaint. Nice guys.
