Storage King Oxford - Self Storage Units

Arrived late to my check-in just after hours on Saturday like a moron, rushed over anyway with half a hope and just caught Simon leaving for the day. The absolute hero delayed his home time to sort me out anyway, showed me about and even talked me round about my breakup. Never had such above and beyond customer service, give this man a raise.

I dont generally leave reviews but the service I received this week, was second to none. I pestered the team with so many questions over a period of 3 days, because I was navigating an awkward move. Every staff member couldn't have done more to accommodate me and they even thought of ideas that really helped. I give this team 5* and a special shout out to the amazing Theresa, Harry, and Simon for sorting my life out :)))

The staff here are excellent! Especially, Theresa. Absolute shout out! She is kind, knowledgeable, hilarious, and professional. Moving is stressful. Having a team who makes one aspect enjoyable is refreshing. Important: -price matching -clear website on storage unit dimensions -WhatsApp to immediately contact staff & ask Q's Harry walked me through getting my payment set up, he was clear, patient, knowledge, and kind. 10/10 recommend. Note: I looked at Magenta storage, Yellow sticker something storage (I forget their name 😅), & Box...something. None were priced as well nor as TALL. The storage units at StorageKing are taller so more space! ...I know I sound salesy, but hey I'm passionate. These people were great! Not sponsored!

My use of the storage unit at storage king was simply amazing! I do really advice the place, especially to international students just like me that do not know where to leave their belongings while they figure out life. A special thanks to Theresa and Harry, once you get to the storage those are the two folks you will meet at the desk. I couldn’t have asked for a more helpful team.

Highly recommended! Stored items between house moves, the set up was really simple and then easy to access when we needed to.

Perfect - clean, accessible and team really helpful. I had it for long term after death in family and it was a much easier space to sort through items than having in my home. Worth it for the r mental headspace as well as the physical space!

Thank goodness for Storage King. Ss a single woman managing the move myself, at times I felt overwhelmed . I've been helped so much by Harry and Simon. The staff are kind, approachable, friendly and understanding. The business is professional, with clean and dry secure lock ups.
