Excellent van hire service. Good communication with Gregor and a very fast, reliable and efficient service. We moved from a unfurnished student flat but had managed to accumulate lots of stuff (c. 25 boxes/6 suitcases and other bags). Gregor and Jordan moved it all with care and delivered it to our new flat up 3 stories in just over an hour. Both guys were very pleasant and professional. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again.

Gregor was unreliable and unfair in his expectations and his customer service was abysmal at best. I was in the process of completing a house purchase and booked his services in for the coming Saturday, expecting to get keys on Friday. I explained to Gregor that there was some risk that I might not get the keys because, as a buyer, issues often pop up that delay getting the keys. Understandably, he said that he'd need to release the booking because he required certainty about the booking so I tried to follow up with him about a new booking. He was unprofessional in his follow up and lacked empathy and didn't consider his customer service approach. I wouldn't recommend using Gregor with his inflexibility and attitude.

Just brilliant! Gregor & Harry helped me with a house move yesterday, when the transaction was delayed they managed to rearrange other work to accommodate me. This reflected their “nothing’s a problem attitude” which they demonstrated in multiple occasions throughout the day. Would definitely recommend! Thank you
