Although the collection and final delivery of my Steinway grand piano was faultless, the overall experience of Piano Logistics was appalling. My piano was collected from Epsom and taken to their Argent Centre for storage (£471). To have the piano delivered to my new home in Hereford was extremely difficult, and I even asked if another company could undertake the task. The piano was finally returned when it was convenient for Piano Logistics. (£471). I will never use them again. NEVER!
