Ready Steady Store Self Storage Northampton

Hannah was great she helped me swap units and sorted everything out for me to move in

We've had a great experience using this storage facility. The units are clean, secure, and easy to access, and the whole site is well maintained. The staff have always been friendly, professional, and happy to help with any questions. We've had complete peace of mind knowing our belongings are stored safely. We'd definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality storage.

Excellent service from start to finish, Tina was very helpful and was willing to go that extra mile to make us feel valued.

We got a lock UI08 last September time 2025 until April 2026, every time I have been there the 2 ladies have been really great, friendly and helpful. Very pleased with the service we’ve received. Also spoken to another gentleman on the phone. Who again has been nothing but helpful. Thank you!

My company cotels moved into the storage unit a couple of months ago to store our linen and stock. The help I recieved at the beginning from Wendy and Hannah was great, it was nice to have somebody to speak to instead of just key pads and codes. The place itself is easy to access, very clean and I feel safe in there when I'm on my own. Would recommend it to anyone who needs a friendly place to store their belongings.

Excellent customer service. Hannah and Wendy were very helpful and very friendly. Would highly recommend.

Great place with friendly helpful staff
