Brilliant service helped me so much. Thank you Charlie and Rachel for such a quality service

Excellent customer service at Riverside Shurgard today. One of the lifts were out of action and Emma was so helpful and walked me around the whole unit to show me the to the working lift. Lovely attitude and so kind thank you, Karin

I visited Shurgard to provide my ID and confirm my booking, and Emma was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She was friendly, professional, welcoming and explained everything clearly, making the whole process quick and stress-free. Her customer service was excellent in every area, and she genuinely went above and beyond to help. Emma is a real credit to the team, and I would highly recommend this Shurgard location because of the great experience she provided. Thank you, Emma!

When into the office to change the name our storage unit EMMA was a fantastic help, explained everything even advised me that a smaller unit would be suffice for what we had but explained we could upgrade to a larger 1 at any time many thanks Emma
