I came into safestorage with my cousin and we were warmly greeted by Bilal. Although it was close to closing time, Bilal was efficient and effective. Moreover, he was very clear and direct with information. Throughout the process he continuously asked us if we understood or had any questions which was appreciated immensely. Both my cousin and I am incredibly satisfied with the service provided by Bilal and I will definitely be recommending this safestorage in particular to others. Keep up the good work Bilal!
5/5 customer service experience from the whole team. Bilal, Rahat and Aaron were incredibly friendly and helpful. It was lovely meeting Bilal in person, he was very professional, answered all my questions and gave great advice. I’ve required a lot of flexibility and the team were so accommodating and understanding throughout the process. Having contacted multiple companies I have to say the level of communication and customer care here is some of the best.
It was very easy to get quotes and set up an account for a business storage lock up for engineers to use as a local store for parts and equipment. The site take our business deliveries (which can be a lot) with care and keep safe until we attend to store them in our lock up. The guys on site are very friendly and go out their way to help.
Easy place to get to with plenty of parking always available. Good people to work with. Shout out to Bilal, Rahat and Aaron for being helpful at very visit

A new experience, which was made smooth by Rahat in Luton. He was polite, friendly and extremely helpful. He spent time to show me around and how to operate the lift but overall the customer service was excellent. Thank you Rahat for making this experience memorable.
