I couldn't be happier with the service at this self-storage facility. The staff are friendly and go above and beyond to help out. When I struggled to get a particularly large shed panel out of my unit, Lucky and Marcus were so helpful in what was becoming an increasingly stressful situation. Wouldn't have been able to get it out without them, so grateful! The facility itself is spotless, well-maintained, and feels very secure, which gives me complete peace of mind knowing my belongings are safe. Access is straightforward, and everything is organised and professional. I would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for a clean, secure, and reliable place with outstanding customer service.

You can really tell when someone is truly proud and passionate about doing their jobs well and with care. I found that here at Vanguard. I rarely post reviews unprompted but when I was met with a situation where I needed storage urgently on very short notice, Paul suddenly came to help me. Overall the customer service is amazing, with one feeling really prioritised and cared for. Something you wouldn't really expect for a business like a self-storage. The prices are reasonable and the storage spaces are easily accessible, convenient and decently sized. Thank you for everything Paul, look forward to seeing you soon :)
Lucky is a very lucky charm in deed and what a wonderful person and team he leads! Just the person if you are ever in need. Paul reminds me of an old Toyota Yaris, professional, full of character, funny, and won't break down. Caleb navigates with flair and turns dull moments into bright shiny ones too. Marcos brings a shine to the room and is always helpful even if you're in a glooom.
