Alpha Move It offers free packing and wrapping materials, one week of free storage, and has no cut off or waiting time charges. The company offers packing services and packing supplies, uses protective bubble wrapping for special items, and uses thick fluffy floor runners to prevent scratches on floors. It dismantles heaviest furniture and disconnects washing machines, labels every box by room, and places furniture exactly where the customer wants it. Alpha Move It disposes of all wrap and garbage properly and cleans the old house after the move.

A large three-bedroom household move and a piano relocation are the two jobs described by customers of Alpha Move It, with Brian and Ahmed named in both accounts as the crew carrying out the work. On the house move the pair arrived with plenty of wrapping material and boxes, ready to pack as well as transport the contents, while the piano job is recalled as being handled with stamina by the same two men.

The feedback centres on the equipment brought along and the physical effort the pair put into each job, covering both a substantial family removal and the more delicate business of shifting a piano.
