What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
Belfast Self Storage holds a 4.7 rating from 158 reviews. Kelsey and Rebecca are mentioned by name for friendly, patient help during booking and unit access, and reviewers value trolleys provided for heavy items alongside flexible out-of-hours and Sunday access arrangements. Pricing is repeatedly described as fair and transparent.
One recurring safety concern involves motion-sensor lighting on the first floor, which several reviewers say switched off every ten to fifteen minutes and left them briefly in darkness while handling stacked furniture, an issue staff acknowledged and offered to resolve by relocating affected customers to a different unit.

A good selection of storage units. Reasonably priced. Staff friendly, courteous and professional. Generous opening times. I would use them again, if needed.
Well equiped storage units with a large lift and wide options of units available. 1st Class customer service as well. Could not have been happier with my stay here.
Excellent, Professional, Safe, Secure facility. I would highly recommend
Amazing customer service provided by staff at this company. The whole experience was easy and hassle free from beginning to end. I would highly recommend BSS
Great service, no messy paperwork just one e-signature and all is set, awesome and very helpful staff! Absolutely recommend! P.S. Price is demand dependent, jic.
I have used Belfast Self Storage for 11 years for a house transfer from a large house to a terrace. I have found the staff friendly and helpful. They also have been very patient and understanding when payment dates were overdue. They accommodated late payments with understanding. I would use or recommend them again
Easy and convenient. Staff helpful. Feels a bit on the expensive side but probably the going rate for most storage facilities.
