What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
BGP Removals Birmingham has achieved a perfect 5-star rating across 305 reviews. Reviewers frequently mention the team's skill in manoeuvring large items such as sofas through narrow doorways without scuffs or damage, alongside clear, effective communication throughout deliveries.
A four-man crew is noted for efficient loading and unloading on residential and commercial jobs, and small extra touches, like providing foot sliders and a floor care kit after a sofa delivery, are singled out for praise. Flexibility around timing, such as happily waiting a few extra minutes for a customer, adds to a consistently positive picture.
