We've had some weird experiences with movers before, but the Castle guys were top notch & I'd 100% recommend them. The lift in our place had broken down, but they got us moved (up to the 7th floor!) no problem and fast, only took them a couple of hours. 10/10, they totally crushed it.
Would give them 10 stars if possible! The team moved all of our stuff in around 4 hours to our new 7th floor property, even with an out of order lift! And they were professional and friendly throughout, with nothing seeming like a problem. Extremely grateful to the team at Castle Removals!! Will definitely be recommending them and would consider them for any future move (hopefully with a working lift!!!) - thank you so much again!!
Peter was brilliant throughout the entire clearance process. Even though we had to communicate and instruct remotely, Castle made the experience seamless. They sent videos once the job was finished and posted the keys back as promised. They even helped dispose of a car that had been left at the property. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
Great experience with the Castle Removals team - no nonsense with an easy & fast quote, plus the team was a hardworking and respectful set of guys. We had a two-part move, taking the contents of one flat and moving it to two others, including a trip from Edinburgh to London. They got the job done quickly and kept me posted every step of the way. After a small issue in delivery, the team made it right. Would highly recommend!
Highly recommend Castle Removals. We used their services this week for moving our belongs from a flat to a house. Whole team were brilliant - friendly, great attitudes and so efficient and considerate. Communication before hand was quick and easy, and their price was about half of what I was quoted elsewhere. The team at Castle Removals are faultless and absolutely amazing, cannot recommend them enough. From how much they kept in contact with me so well via Whatsapp, to allowing a detour from Edinburgh to Dunfermline on the way to Glasgow to pick up more stuff, and also setting up the Ottoman bed for me once we got to the flat in Glasgow!
