A huge thank you to Heron Removals for moving us from our 2-bedroom property within Brentwood. The team were brilliant, professional and took such great care of all our belongings. They made the whole move stress free, and we’re incredibly grateful for their hard work. Would highly recommend!

I honestly couldn’t recommend Herons enough! I first came across Herons removals when they were helping my workplace with removing furniture and items at a care home. From the very beginning, they were incredibly helpful, professional and friendly. They worked so hard, were respectful of the environment and made what could have been a very stressful process feel so much easier. Because their service was so good, when I recently moved house myself, I knew exactly who I wanted to use. Moving house can be a really anxious and overwhelming time for me, but the team at Herons made the whole experience so much smoother. They were incredibly helpful, even helping us pack up the last-minute items we still had left, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. They were hardworking, friendly, patient and genuinely went above and beyond to help us. Their attitude and professionalism made such a difference on what could have been a very stressful day. I genuinely couldn’t thank the Herons team enough for making our move so smooth and stress-free. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, friendly and hardworking removal company. I’ll definitely be recommending them to everyone I know! 🏡📦❤️

Exceptional service from a true professional. Craig was an absolute superstar from beginning to end. My move involved two collection points, two flights of stairs, industrial sewing machines and a journey from London to St Leonards, but he took everything in his stride. He was kind, considerate, thoughtful and incredibly meticulous. Everything was handled with real care, and at the other end he made sure every single item was placed exactly where I wanted it. Nothing felt rushed, and nothing was too much trouble. Craig has been doing this for 11 years, and it shows in his calmness, experience and professionalism. Moving is stressful, but having someone so capable and genuinely lovely made an enormous difference. I honestly couldn’t have asked for better service and would recommend him without hesitation. Thank you, Craig!

Great service and pleasant interactions with Craig and his team! Craig helped us move locally. He gave me a quote after looking at the amount of stuff to be moved. Price was great. He turned up on time. Carefully delivered items in our new home. Took great care of the items and how they moved inside the home. Highly recommend them! Thank you Craig!

Absolutely outstanding service from Heron Removals today. We were moving from a 3-bedroom property in Brentwood, Essex to Loughton, Essex, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better removal company. From the moment the team arrived, I was extremely impressed with how professional, polite and organised they were. Moving house is stressful enough as it is, but the team made the whole process feel so much easier and more straightforward than I expected. The level of care they took with our belongings was fantastic. They protected the floors throughout the property before starting, which immediately gave me confidence that everything was being handled properly. They were extremely careful around walls, doorways, stairs and furniture, and nothing felt rushed or careless. We had a full 3-bedroom house to move, including furniture that needed dismantling and reassembling at the new property. The team handled everything brilliantly. Beds, wardrobes and other larger items were dismantled carefully, transported safely and then reassembled at the other end. Everything was put back together properly and exactly where we wanted it. What really stood out to me was how hard the team worked throughout the entire day. Even with a substantial amount to move, they remained friendly, professional and respectful from start to finish. They didn’t just turn up, load everything and leave — they genuinely took pride in doing the job properly. I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail. The floor protection, careful handling of furniture, dismantling and reassembly, and the way everything was loaded and unloaded showed that this is a company that actually cares about the service they provide. By the end of the day, I was genuinely amazed at how smoothly everything had gone. Moving a 3-bedroom property between Brentwood and Loughton is a big job, but Heron Removals made it feel completely manageable. I’m so pleased we chose Heron Removals and would have absolutely no hesitation recommending them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional and hardworking removal company in Essex or London. If you’re looking for a removal company that turns up when they say they will, treats your belongings with care, protects your property and goes the extra mile, I would highly recommend Heron Removals. A genuinely excellent service from start to finish. Thank you to the whole team for making our moving day such a positive experience!
