Perfect service! Cannot recommend Kelly’s enough; I have been so impressed from start to finish. They carefully packed up our apartment and safely stored its contents before redelivering to our new home three months later. Everything has been kept well. Friendly and efficient staff. Fantastic communication throughout.

Leighton and Jesse were amazing! They were both incredibly professional, friendly and efficient. They had everything packed up within an hour and handled all our belongings with great care. Barry, Charlie, Jesse and Sayed arrived bright and early to unpack our 3 containers of storage. They gave us a courtesy phone call half an hour before they arrived, which we appreciated. They scoped and planned before they began unloading, protecting the floors (with moving sheets) before they started work. They worked swiftly, carefully and with good humour. They followed directions gracefully and politely, making sure we were happy with the placement of our items. They were careful with our home and belongings. We had one item damaged (which we were told was damaged during the warehouse unload - a dent in a metal lamp), which was apologised for immediately and documented by them so it can be dealt with. Overall we were very happy, especially with the level of customer service throughout.

Seriously. Barry and sam could not have been more professional, helpful and meticulous in packing up and storing for us on a two site job with complex needs. My family and I want to thank them personally for such a stress free and assuring experience. Obviously seasoned professionals. Felt totally confident in them doing an excellent job.
