What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

Toton customers repeatedly describe the man and van service as reliable, with the driver and crew arriving ahead of schedule and working quickly without cutting corners. Communication is singled out across accounts, from a swift initial quote through to confirmation the day before a move and updates on timings during longer journeys. Reviewers mention the van as well maintained and clean, equipped with a ramp and straps that make light work of bulky items such as sofas, wardrobes, washing machines and beds, along with packages and goods transported out of the county.

Simon is named often for being polite, helpful and trustworthy, taking care not to mark furniture and securing loads properly in transit. A recurring theme is the accommodating approach to extra items and awkward manoeuvres, with additional trips made rather than overloading the vehicle. Customers also note collection and delivery completed within a single day, which they had not anticipated, and competitive prices quoted for house moves and smaller jobs. Repeat bookings for subsequent moves appear throughout the feedback.

I can’t emphasise enough what a great, reliable service Man with Van Toton is. Simon and his team member Craig made my house move go very smoothly and efficiently. Simon really truly went the extra mile helping me with what would have been an overwhelming stressful experience. His calm and helpful manner together with a great sense of humour and willingness to do what ever was needed, is absolutely gold standard! I’m so truly grateful! Thank you Simon and thank you Craig! Fabulous service and highly recommend it to any one that needs a service like this.
