Used Peak Storehouse to store my furniture for a number of months and found the facilities and staff helpful and accomodation. A very professional and friendly facility. I only marked the score down due to the opening hours as I work weekdays 9-5 and it made it difficult for me to access my unit on an ad-hoc basis.

I've been using Peaks for storage since returning to Cambridge in 2018. Not only are they the cheapest option in Cambridge but the customer service I have received has been exceptional. Sarah in reception always gives a warm welcome and the small team has come to recognise myself and family members whenever we pop in to drop off or collect something from our unit. We have had 3 different sized units over the years and all the units have been clean and well looked after and the transfer from one unit to another has been easy and stress-free - we don't have 24hr access but find the 8:30am-5:30pm office hours are workable for us as most of what we store is long term/occasional use items. Highly recommend for long term or short term storage needs and the variety of unit sizes/prices is excellent. Keep up the good work guys! It's appreciated.
