Great guys to deal with lock n store in Portsmouth is a great place to store with, plenty of room lots, of lifts loads of trolleys, ample bays for parking,we never have an issue when we are working here, we love using this place. Great service. I booked online and telephone for my daughter and friends to store their uni stuff between years so only needed for couple weeks. Worked out the cheapest in the area with insurance cover. The room is plenty big enough for 4 girls stuff (50sf) it’s fantastic that each girl could have an app for access to the unit. Wendy on the phone was so helpful and had answers to the questions we had and Cole was great on move in day too. Highly recommended and if prices are as good next year I’m Sure we’ll be returning customers.

The front desk help was superb today. I visited with my mother having not been here for a couple of years and Wendy at front desk helped us step through the new security system. She had comprehensive knowledge of how it works and got us going in no time.

Kerry at Shurgard Self Storage was absolutely brilliant. Super happy with the service from start to finish. She was very friendly, welcoming, and made the whole process really easy and stress-free. She took the time to explain everything clearly and was genuinely helpful throughout. Excellent customer service and a great first impression of the storage facility. Highly recommend!
