Storage King Derby - Self Storage Units

Smooth process during registration and moving in. I had no issues with becoming a storage member. Thank you for the help and patience!

Highly recommend Storage King Derby I have used Storage King to purchase confidential waste bags to help with the disposal of confidential paperwork following the clearance of my late parents house. The process to purchase the sacks is very easy and once returned to Storage King they are securely disposed of and I receive a certificate of destruction. The gentleman on the desk Lee, is very helpful and friendly when I first enquired about using the service. This makes the disposal of confidential documents very easy and straightforward. A great service from Storage King Derby

Just fantastic! Very helpful service, great location in Derby and very clean facility with easy access. We’ve used it before and no doubt will do again.

Was really nervous about using a storage company but it couldn't have been easier. Booked the unit online, went in for a 10 minute meeting with Lee who helped me through everything. Signed me up to the app for security, sorted my paperwork, lock and showed me around. Couldn't recommend enough. Bonus being able to access a van for short periods and paying for the time I use it too.

Lee was professional, helpful and very willing to assist. He went above and beyond to ensure I fully understood everything.

Staff were super helpful all the way from first enquiry to first day of usage. Everything is super safe and well managed and entry system is clear and concise. Staff were very welcoming and approachable and professional. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Very friendly and helpful team. Mark and his team have been amazing would definitely recommend!
