Had a 75 sq ft unit on Clough Road for just over 6 months whilst I moved to a new property. It was easy to access with the app. The size was perfect and gave me the confidence of knowing my property was safe whilst I prepared space at my home. Plenty of parking, easy access to trolleys for moving goods between unit and vehicle. I would definitely use this company again should I need additional storage. Whenever I contacted the office the staff were helpful and supportive.

Very easy to use, ample parking and very clean units. Contacting customer care for any reason easy to get hold of them during there opening hours. Recommend this in Hull for storage.

The staff member who I spoke to advised I would not need a unit the size I was asking for which was a big help. Clear advice on & ease of process to use & let myself into the unit via an app. The storage unit was clean & overall nothing negative to say about this company.

I’ve used this storage company many times over the years, often for long periods, and I’ve recommended them to loads of people — which makes this review even more disappointing, because this month will be the last time we ever use them. The reason? One single human being: Jack. Jack was fine in the past, but this time he delivered such impressively awful customer service that he managed to single-handedly ruin the experience for both himself and the company. Truly a masterclass in how to lose loyal customers. He desperately needs retraining, and someone higher up should probably start listening to calls — because staff like this bleed businesses dry, fast. What should have been a simple, quick conversation turned into unnecessary hassle, stress, and chaos. After Jack tried to mess us about, the mood completely flipped for both me and my partner… to the point it actually caused an argument between us. Yes — a storage unit nearly destroyed our festive spirit. This all happened just before Christmas Eve, and honestly? It ruined our Christmas and the weeks after. Nothing says “festive joy” quite like arguing over storage because customer service couldn’t be bothered to be helpful. I’m writing this review nearly a month later (yes, from the toilet) because I randomly remembered how annoyed we still are. That’s how memorable this experience was. Emotional scarring, but make it storage. To top it all off, the pricing is expensive compared to other storage companies once insurance is added. The gates and building shut at 9pm, customer service disappears at 6pm, and if you’re locked out after that — good luck. No help. No support. Just vibes. Safe to say, I’ll now be telling friends, family, coworkers, and probably strangers in the queue at Tesco to avoid this place and go elsewhere. Thanks for the memories, Jack 👍🎄
