What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

Vandyman Removals & Storage handles house moves, furniture collections and packing around Plymouth, and the accounts gathered from customers centre on careful handling, punctuality and a friendly manner among the crews. Adam and Jake are named for easing the nerves of a customer moving a long distance for the first time, while DJ and Harry are credited with wrapping and protecting fragile belongings during a short-notice relocation. Andy is described as cataloguing the contents of an entire house and garage before a job, then revising the quotation without hesitation when dates changed.

A point made in several accounts is how swiftly the team replies, with quotes returned within hours and last-minute bookings accommodated. Packing is reported as rapid and thorough, including a kitchen completed in very little time, and awkward sofa deliveries involving lifting items above a boundary and up steps are managed calmly. Hannah and Matt are thanked for helping at short notice in an emergency, and Mark is noted for reducing stress and keeping a move on track after a competitive price. Clean vans, strong effort and possessions arriving undamaged and placed correctly recur throughout.
