I cannot thank the staff members at Viking Self Storage enough for their kindness and support during a very difficult time in my life. I thought Moving and putting my belongings into storage would be stressful, but the staff made me feel safe, calm and cared for. Thr whole environment is spotless clean, bright and uplifting. At the end of my contract I became more stressed, what touched me most was staff member,Tracey's genuine compassion. When I needed to dispose of some furniture, she was not focused on keeping my booking but on helping and reassuring me to find the best possible solution. Tracey’s professionalism, warmth and humanity are rare to find. She is a true credit to the company, and I would highly recommend Viking Self Storage whole heartedly🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Tracey is brilliant! Always helpful and gives great prices

Excellent service. Great storage facilities in Norwich. 5 stars! Would use again, tidy site, well managed.

Definitely recommend. Tracey and Gavin were very helpful. The unit I had was clean and dry and enabled me to safely store my items whilst I was reorganising. I was very impressed with the speed with which I received my refund for unused days when I vacated the unit. Many thanks.

I'd never used a storage facility before but from the moment we first enquired Tracey was very helpful and informative and the process of setting everything was very smooth and easy. We had a quick tour to check the sizes of a few different units which definitely helped us pick the right size unit for our needs. Also being able to access our unit 24/7 really helped us with not having to worry about putting stuff in there or taking it out while we had work done on the house. I would definitely recommend using them to anyone and will use them again in the future.

Excellent service at this place. As a removal company and as a customer this is the Best self storage i have used. Tracey has great humour and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend.
