City Safe Storage Facility

It’s been a month now that I haven’t been able to access my valuables which are needed for my work due to a fault with the lock on my locker. No response from the company. Dreadful. (One star) Edit: Since this review, City Safe Storage have been communicative and professional - seeking to solve the issue as quickly as possible and communicating clearly and regularly. I was also issued a refund of payments for the period during which I couldn’t access my stored goods. I would have preferred that it was arranged for me to to access my goods and retrieve them close to the time the issue cropped up, but I’ve changed my rating to reflect the positive change over the last 6 days.

Fantastic place. Ultra modern. Excellent price. Safe n sound. Very fast access, for me crucial, as many times a day in and out. 24hrs perfect. As in other places, either not available, which is a no go, or limited, or extra payable. Great communication with Owner. Easy setup. Absolutely recommended.

Great storage facility in the city centre. So convenient and cool to be able to access using my phone!

Happy with the service and the initial half-price offer. Noke app was also pretty intuitive. Would have liked the insurance to have been included, maybe, but understand why it’s not. Also, maybe a lower insurable lower limit.

Quality storage space at a great price. Ideal for what we need.
