The facility is spotless, secure, and gave me complete peace of mind knowing my belongings were safe. Customer service was exceptional, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Been in our unit for just over 2 weeks and can’t praise the team enough for the quick and easy process and helping us move in as efficiently as they did. A special mention goes to Harry as he’s been nothing but helpful for us. If the gaffers are looking at promoting someone they shouldn’t look any further than him.

The service team is welcoming and helpful, enabling me to store for 2 weeks and sending a video on how to locate the storage. It was easy to access storage which I could also give permission of access to friends. Trollies were also provided and the storage was secure.

I've used a few storage companies and this is by far the best one! Everything is really well organised and clean, and the customer service is great. Love the automated access through the app.
