Complete Removals made our house move bearable! From initial enquiry through to unloading at our new home, the process was smooth and easy. We had quite a last minute moving date and it was massively appreciated being able to arrange something for our needs on short notice. Prior to the move itself, we had regular contact and it was straightforward to ensure everything was in place. The team completing the move were brilliant and genuinely went 'above and beyond' in helping us pack up and then get settled, especially during the latest UK heatwave! In an ideal world we'll never move house again, though if we do it's great knowing who to be in touch with first!!

Really excellent company, I would thoroughly recommend them. They helped us with our move earlier this year, but prior to that we had a move booked in with them in summer 25 which was cancelled when the chain collapsed a few days before. I wasn't sure how they'd react as it must be a right pain for them, having to re-book other things and potentially missing out on days work, but they couldn't have been nicer about it. We even received messages from Monique and Michael in the weeks after the cancellation, just checking in on us and wishing us well. When the move did actually happen they were brilliant. Communication beforehand from Monique was exceptional, and the lads on the day were as calm and efficient as you like. They took a lot of the stress out of the day, handled all of our stuff with great care and made sure everything was how we wanted it in the new house. We can't praise this company enough after using them for our recent move. Monique was an amazing help nothing was too much trouble for her and everything ran like clockwork due to her, the guys on the day of the move, Curtis and Joe, were very polite, professional and worked like Trojans and again we couldn't have done it without them. Complete Removals were very good to me during my removal process. I had real issues with the buyers of my property cancelling three times then I was told by my solicitor on the Friday I was moving on the Monday which was far from ideal. Despite previous cancellations through no fault of my own Complete Removals were always supportive and managed to book me in for the Monday at very short notice. On the day I moved they were very efficient and tidy in the way they worked. And they waited until 16:55 outside my new home with the van full of my household items due to a delay in me getting the keys to my new home after getting there in the early afternoon.I found all the staff friendly helpful and informative. They were very reliable. I would recommend them as a removals firm.
