The whole team were great but the guys that did the packing and the actual move were amazing. So friendly and kind and took the stress out of it all. Highly recommend this company!
Originally highly recommended by a friend, I was delighted with Merseyside Movers. Everyone was fab to communicate with - from Dave in the office to the guys who came on the day to move me from storage into my new house. They were friendly, calm and efficient - everything you could ask for on an otherwise stressful day. I’d highly recommend them too
I’ve used Movers three times now and every experience has been excellent. Paul and James moved our things from storage into our new second floor flat with no lift. They were punctual, friendly, and professional, checking in throughout to see if there was anything else we needed. They worked efficiently and finished far quicker than we expected, especially given how much had to be carried upstairs. A big thank you as well to Lisa, whose emails are consistently professional, friendly, and caring. She was brilliant at arranging a replacement clothes rail. The whole team is a credit to Liverpool. Merseyside Movers & Storers Ltd First time I have moved in 30 years so a bit apprehensive about using a firm to move me. However Merseyside Movers put me at ease by explaining all they do, it was a brilliant move and Jack & Eric so helpful, courteous and polite a Credit to the firm. I highly recommend this company.
Can’t speak highly enough of the whole process. The lads were great throughout, working really hard and effectively over the 3 days. Plus they were just friendly nice people who it was great to have help us through would could have been a stressful time. Lisa at the office was really helpful and responsive to any queries ahead of the move. I would recommend to anyone.
They have just moved a piano for me today while we decorate a room. I will be getting them again to move the piano back after the room is decorated. A pleasure to deal with - a very professional and friendly team. Thanks :)
From start to finish, the service I received from Merseyside Movers was absolutely outstanding. I needed help moving an upright piano and a cupboard while I was in the middle of decorating, and they handled everything with professionalism and care. Lisa from customer service was truly exceptional. She was patient, highly organised, and kept me informed every step of the way. Even when I had to cancel at the last minute, she was incredibly understanding and flexible, which made a potentially stressful situation so much easier. On the day of the move, the two removal team members were fantastic—friendly, efficient, and very considerate. They took great care with my items and made sure I was completely happy with the positioning of the piano before leaving. Nothing felt rushed, and their attention to detail really stood out. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone needing a reliable and professional removal service. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future.
