What can I say!! I've been dealing with Stephen for a couple of months fretting over the completion date and the timing of the move and he has always kept calm to advise me and on the day of the move, he made things as stress free as possible dealing with logistical obstacles. I also used their packing and unpacking services to which they went above and beyond. Absolutely old fashioned manners and ethics which is so refreshing in this day and age and I cannot recommend Move Master highly enough!!!!!!

Really happy with Steve and Billy doing our house move, responsive and thorough when quoting and delightful on the day. We had some large pieces of furniture that they skillfully got into the rooms we wanted, all while being upbeat and positive. Highly recommend.

Steve and Marcus were absolutely amazing, brilliant communication and organisation in the run up and amazing on the day. Made a potentially really stressful move really easy. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Absolute first class removal company whom accommodated ourselves at very short notice. We moved to a very tight cul-de sac with tight car parking, schools to contend with all of which was expertly handled by Steve and his team. Steve also went over and above by way of assisting with assembly of bed and dining table in new home. Also managed to come up with solutions to move large three piece suite into a room we didn’t expect to fit in. 100% recommend if you want an expert removal company whom handle goods really carefully. Arrived with us at 11am and worked through until 8.30pm with transport/local school parking and so on. Special mention to Marcus whom was working with Steve that day, a credit to the younger generation with his phenomenal work ethic and politeness. Could not recommend Steve enough, great guy whom takes 100% pride in what he does.

I had often read that moving house is one of the most stressful life events. Not with Move Master! Excellent advice in preparing for the day, prompt, efficient and friendly service. Steve and Billy were excellent and it was actually an enjoyable day. Couldn't be better.

We had an absolutely first class service from Move Master. Communication was great and pricing was clear and fair. Packing materials were delivered in advance, and on move day, every care was taken to protect our belongings and the houses we were moving into and out of. Stephen and Frank made what could have been a stressful day run very smoothly. Highly recommend, thanks guys
