I arranged a rather complex move acting as the go between for two parties in different cities. It involved the collection and transportation of one piano from a location that wasn't even on a named road with the recycling of another at the drop off. The team handled this brilliantly and didn't even need to contact me on the day as they were able to sort it all out themselves. Although I didn't meet them personally in all our dealings they were courteous, professional and well priced. This is not a given, I have previously had a piano moved only to have to help the movers due to them being ill equipped as well as having a company damage a piano. If you want your piano moving and don't want hassle just book these gentlemen you can't find better. Thank you both.
The most friendly and professional service I could’ve asked for, the guys were taking one piano and putting another in for us, however the one they were taking was practically falling apart, somehow they managed to move it perfectly! Couldn’t recommend Ed and Ray more, thank you very much again!
Excellent service from Falcon. The booking process was smooth and straightforward, and Ed and the team provided a highly professional service from start to finish. They were knowledgeable and clearly understood the care required when handling a piano, which can often be of great sentimental value.
