A tardis of a shop with plenty of accoustic and digital choices at competitive prices - and then there's Oliver! A mine of knowledge and expertise, who gave me time without pressure and of course I came out having made a purchase. Delivery was smooth and Oliver's caring follow up clinched those deserved 5 stars. A must go see if you're thinking of buying!
Brilliant service from start to finish. Oliver , who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, helped decide what piano I wanted . I spent ages trying them all out . Decided on a Yamaha and it arrived yesterday . It is better than I could ever imagine. The sound quality is superb . I just can’t stop playing . The whole experience has been amazing and I would 100% recommend The Piano Man if you are into in buying a piano or keyboard . There is something there to suit all budgets. One very very happy customer!!
Very satisfied purchase! Arrived fast and had a great in store! You do need to feel the piano in person rather than just place an order online, and they are absolutely fantastic!
Purchased my first ever piano, a Kawai, with expert guidance from Oliver, no normal easy task for anyone when doing over emails (my choice), but Oliver made it so easy and answered a million questions so quickly and professionally and even made the delivery himself. Never played a note in my 56 years but really looking forward to playing Oliver my first tune maybe in years to come. Thank you The Piano Man, nothing to fault.
Great Experience – Perfect for Acoustic to Digital Transition Visited The Piano Man Leeds to explore digital pianos as I’m moving from an acoustic, and I was really impressed. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me understand the options without any pressure. They had a great range of models to try, and I appreciated how they explained the differences in touch and tone, which really matters coming from an acoustic background. I left feeling much more confident about making the switch. Highly recommend for anyone in a similar position!
Recently bought a Kawai digital piano from Pianoman, and was very pleased with the service. I was made to feel very much at ease by Oliver, who was very helpful and spent plenty of time offering information and advice, but without any pressure and then leaving us alone with plenty of time on our own to compare the pianos. Given that it was a big decision, combined with a self consciousness of playing in public, this was much appreciated and made the process much easier.
