They came to my rescue at very short notice on a Saturday evening when my van broke down near Wetherby while I was moving my belongings from London to Teesside. Despite the late notice and challenging circumstances, Chris and Jeff stepped in immediately and provided an outstanding service. They were professional, polite, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. What impressed me most was their excellent communication – they kept me updated throughout the journey, which gave me great peace of mind during what was already a very stressful situation. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They handled everything efficiently and with great care, making what could have been a nightmare experience run smoothly. Their willingness to help at short notice and their commitment to customer service truly sets them apart. A huge thank you to Chris and Jeff for their support and professionalism. I would not hesitate to use their services again and would wholeheartedly recommend Leeds House Removals Man and Van Hire to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and professional removals company.

This company really let us down today. We booked two men and a Luton van for a collection for 10:30 this morning. The booking was made and confirmed on Wednesday (4 days before the job). We received a text 20 minutes before the drivers were due to arrive to say the driver was stuck on a job until 1:30. This was unacceptable as we were waiting at the sellers house to transfer items. When I tried to call there was no answer. I text to express my disappointment, again no response. 50 minutes later I received a text saying there was nothing they could do. Thankfully another brilliant man with a van was available at short notice. Would not recommend.
