Great experience with Kangaroo Self storage in Hanley, Stoke on Trent. Staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. Process to obtain storage was simple and guidance from staff was excellent. Storage facilities were clean and tidy and easily accessible. Security was ample. Overall a very good experience and would highly recommend.

This has got to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a company. Before you sign up, just know that if you pay £109 a month for storage space and ever miss a payment, there’s a £15 charge if you pay a week after. 2 week? Extra £30 on top. 21 days? Extra £60 on top. That’s DOUBLE the price!!! They don’t care whether it’s because you was involved a serious car accident or had to spend extra to attend a funeral. They only care about getting money by all means necessary. I’ve never seen a more heartless company, it’s freighting.

Kangaroo Storage on Leek Road Stoke has been a great choice for myself storing all my furniture there. Melissa and Mark were very efficient and friendly, also Heidi whom I spoke to a couple of times over the phone. Got a garage sized unit with first 3 months at half price which was brilliant and a choice of insurance at a small cost. Had new padlock and keys for unit and code entry to access the warehouse for unit. Very clean, dry and modern. My fridge freezer was spotless and white inside after 3 months. I would definitely use Kangaroo again if I needed to in the future and highly recommend to anyone. Made my storage of furniture between moves stress free. Thank you.

We have only recently started to use the Hanley site of Kangaroo Self Storage, but so far our experience has been very positive. We moved from another self storage company to a unit almost three times the size at a price which is significantly less expensive. The staff at Kangaroo have been very helpful and friendly and the paperwork has been very straightforward. On our initial visit we were shown a number of units of varying sizes from which we could choose.
