.Horrible place The elevator doesn't work, and there are never any trolley available. The access code never works. Every time I called customer service, it took over 20 minutes to get through, the service was terrible, and the employees had no manners

Used Uk Storage over the last few months- so easy to use. Units are clean, easily accessable and secure. Downsized the unit a couple of times which was so easy to do- just call services- move the things over, take your lock with you- and its that simple. Would highly recommend.
