Safestore Self Storage

I needed to find a DHL Express point in Cardiff. As my local was experiencing system issues. I called Safe Storage on Davis Street. A kind and professional fellow named Ryan answered the phone. He quickly answered my questions. When I arrived he handled my order in under 5 minutes. Thank you Ryan.

Excellent storage facility (Cardiff branch on Davis Street). I moved some bits and bobs from my university house here on 20th June, and Jake on reception was very friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to help me sort out the padlock on my unit. Great customer service and a smooth experience overall.

Fantastic people. Very very helpful. I came in expecting heavy last minute packing stress but was greeted with total relief!! They have everything you need for packaging and will help you with absolutely any questions!

Moved in today with the fantastic help of Good Guys Removels and all went flawless. Nathan even made me a coffee to take out after I finished. Great experience so far :)

I wanted to give a shoutout to Carmen for the amazing customer service she provided. She really went above and beyond. I was in a last-minute situation trying to find storage after running into issues shipping my items back home, and she made sure everything was sorted right away and that I had exactly what I needed that day. She even stayed later than she needed to and processed everything for me immediately, which I really appreciated. She made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy. Thank you again, Carmen!

Ryan was absolutely amazing ! Nathan was great too. They both were really helpful in such a stressful time and their calm and professional approach to customer service was truly outstanding. I couldn’t haven’t done it without them. Thanks both

Friendly helpful staff and most patient to my clients
