Ahmed and Conroy have been remarkably accommodating and took extra measures to assist me with my inquiry. Both were exceptionally courteous and even offered assistance with charging my phone and assembling the boxes. I sincerely appreciate their efforts. I look forward to continuing to use their services and highly recommend this Islington branch.
10/10 experience with Safestore. The whole process is very straightforward, the facility is always clean and it’s very easy to access my unit whenever I need. The staff are super friendly and always happy to answer my many questions. I’d definitely recommend!
Very annoying sales consultants strategies. As soon as you put your information in to receive a storage quote, they will call you multiple times and send text messages to you to chat about your storage quote. Appreciate they are just doing their job but it is quite annoying and makes me not want to use them.
This is a five star hotel for luggage. We were very impressed with the customer service - both before signing up and afterwards, the convenient location in Kings Cross and the space. All was extremely smooth
Using SafeStore services has been a convenient and seamless experience as I was able to safely store my belongings on a flexible basis. Both, the picking up and vacating of the unit were very straightforward. Ahmed was very kind and helpful in the process.
Conroy and Raul are very helpful to assist me to rent the storage unit. They offered me the promotion initially. I have the best price and good location for my vacation storage. Safe Store provides many locations in Kingscross area.
Ahmed and Niall went truly above and beyond. Very kind and helpful. I’ve gone through some personal struggles atm with my partner. They both secured my belongings and made me feel safe within literally 2 hours.Thank you, I highly recommend. S.
