We got out furniture picked up by Pawan and his team today. We got an email the night before with an expected time and a tracking link. They arrived on time, everything was very quick and efficient. So far, very happy with the service!

Edit: unluckily the delivery of my items back to my property was a much less pleasant experience. A few things were damaged including the main control knob of the washing machine, meaning we'll have to buy a new one. They also lost some of the screws of the sofa and it was therefore impossible to reassemble it correctly. The mover however didn't mention it. We only noticed a few days later that parts of the sofa were not actually connected to each other. I had a great experience with Youstock. The booking process was straightforward and any outstanding issue was discussed in advance over the phone. On the day the job was carried out quickly and professionally. On top of everything else, the whole process was very flexible. As it always happens we ended up with more boxes than we originally thought, but that was not a problem at all: the booking was updated on the fly and a new quote was provided in real time. I would absolutely recommend.
