Here Self Storage Northampton

I have just moved my university things into this storage. 100% will be back and will tell others to put there stuff here too. The whole process was explained in such detail, and the staff were more than happy to answer any and all questions I had and super friendly. The place is clean and spacious. If you are looking for somewhere to put your things absolutely come here !

Recently rented a storage unit to carry out renovations at home, staff were very helpful to advise and explain sizes and details, arranged a viewing with Mark who showed me a range of options and then clearly answered my questions along with explaining the access process on the app, I was made to feel comfortable with my items being stored here, would definitely recommend

Fantastic storage company. We started off with one unit but ended up with three! Easy to access once you download the app. We had a few issues with the app along the way, but sorted out by the staff every time. With regards to the staff, what can I say, they are tremendous nothing was too much trouble for them courteous, friendly, helpful and polite. We dealt with Mark & I'm really sorry but can not for the life of me remember the ladies name but you were both wonderful and a big thanks from us. If you want a storage unit, please give these guys a look you will not be disappointed. Mark & Jill.

Great storage unit, various sized units available dependent on requirements, friendly staff and very reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend. The only reason I gave 4 stars not 5 is it doesnt have 24 hour access to the unit, that is the only thing that could possibly have made the experience better. Otherwise brilliant service and I would definitely use them again. Thanks

Very clean units. Julie who helped me set up and manage my account was wonderful. Thank you self storage and Julie for keepong my belongings safe until I cuod move them into my new home. Highly recommended storage company. Thank you

I was recommended Here storage by the company who did my house move and I am glad they did. I had never used or needed storage before so I was unsure as to what I would need. From the first call everything was made clear, with time taken to discuss what items I would be bringing. A package was recommended at a very reasonable price.I was already impressed with the service. On the day everything was as said in the call and I was walked through the sign up process, which is very easy. The facilty itself its clean, modern and easy to acsess. Would highly recommended.

We rented two storage units whilst moving house. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the units as we’d checked out other storage units which were grubby and a bit damp .Also the efficiency of their app which provided access was great. Julie & Mark were so helpful and very friendly & assisted us with the app etc. Definitely recommend this storage unit .
