Safestore Self Storage

DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY!! Absolutely terrible experience with the staff here at safestore, Stephen and Tonya making jokes of me and making me feel extremely uncomfortable when trying to purchase my unit. I heard feedback from a couple of friends about the staff here beforehand but thought I would give it a try myself but I wish I hadn’t of done. Do not recommend at all!!

I come here delivering a container of goods and was met with receptionist Tonya absolutely fantastic 10/10 customer service, very polite, greeted with a beaming smile, very helpful, 100% recommend 😀 an absolute credit to the company your boss should be proud best customer service ever 😀

I have to write this review and congratulate the staff at safestore Bolton North, especially Tonya who always has a smile for everybody and is always ready to assist with any help you may need. The store is run very well and very professionally and has a great atmosphere about it. I highly recommend this store if you ever need storage space.

Tonya was a massive help and gave great advice on the space I’d need for what is going to be stored and gave transparent pricing with options.

Came In on a whim to get a storage unit for a sudden move. Had a 50 square foot unit booked in immediately. Stephen was a massive help and gave me all the information I required Highly recommend using safestore

Fantastic service at Safe Store Bolton North! Ahlam was incredibly helpful, polite, and made the whole check-in process completely stress-free. Highly recommend!"

The staff are amazing and go out of their way to help with difficult situations. Tonya and Stephen helped us massively on the day of our move and made an extremely stressful day a little easier 🙂.
