Great service, all the staff were so helpful getting my belongings in and out of the storage locker and really friendly. I used a palette which was perfect for my university belongings. I would recommend using boxes, as I used bin bags and had a hard time stacking everything! But I cannot fault the service at all! 10/10.
I needed to use a storage locker whilst I was between moving student houses and Safestore were able to find me a suitable amount of space with quite minimal notice. Syed, Ana and Jack were all really helpful and made sure that if I need to use any storage again, I'd go back to Safestore again.
Convenient location and prices are competitive. Moving in was smooth and hassle free. Syed was very friendly and helpful, showing me to my unit and how to use the lift. Highly recommend.
Ana was absolutely fantastic to work with! She explained the contract and the moving in process so simply, and made the process much less daunting.
The facility is great. The onboarding process was smooth, and they made sure I knew exactly how to access my unit without any confusion. The staff are very friendly and have a great attitude that puts you at ease. Highly recommend!
Safestore Southampton Central are the best team I have ever seen. They are so polite, friendly and go out of their way to help. I have had a storage unit with them for 3 years nearly and every time I go in they go above and beyond. Nothing is to hard for them and especially Jack he is always chipper
