I had initially arranged for my upright piano to be collected for disposal, but at the last minute I found someone who wanted to rehome it instead. The team were incredibly flexible and changed the booking from disposal to delivery without any issues. Throughout the whole process, communication was prompt and clear. The movers were exceptionally efficient, professional and careful, and everything went exactly as planned. The collection and delivery were completed smoothly, and the piano arrived safely in its new home. What could have been quite a stressful process turned into a very straightforward one thanks to the team's professionalism and kindness It was a pleasure working with Accord Piano Logistics, and I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable piano moving company
Had to move an upright piano 200 miles. Accord Piano logistics looked to provide a competitive quotation by combining several long distance moves into one day as we were flexible on the move date. On the day the two guys were very fast and efficient in getting the piano into the van. At the other end they worked very hard and installed the piano into a tight space. They went above and beyond expectations
I needed to move a 1911 Sir Herbert Marshall Sons and Rose upright pianola across the country. The two chaps who did the move were excellent and managed to get the instrument, which weighs about 400kg, up 9 steps on a hot day. The communication ahead of the move was excellent. Highly recommended.
The team were on time, communicative, and very efficient. They took care of our fresh white carpets and were respectful of our home. Piano was well looked after in their care. Thanks!
There was me all worried about how they were going to get the piano out of a bedroom and down some stairs, but do you know what? swiftly and carefully with utter respect for my property. Huge thank you. Would definitely recommend.
I have used Accord Piano Logistics twice for piano removals this year due to house moves and renovations, and I will use them twice more with my next two piano moves I have planned. They are always willing to help and have moved my upright piano up and down staircases with no trouble. Lots of companies don’t like to move pianos where staircases are involved. They are efficient and easy to communicate with via WhatsApp. They are reasonably priced and are friendly. I am based in the Brighton area and they are always happy to help me. We had to move a baby grand and there were no problems. It went smoothly and Accord Piano Logistics turned up on time and they were very professional and responsive to our needs.
