LONDON PIANO REMOVALS

Very disappointing experience with London Piano Removals. They arrived late, handled the piano carelessly, and left visible scratches. Customer service was unhelpful and didn’t take responsibility. I wouldn’t recommend them.

Stephen provides a highly professional service. Good communication. Prompt collection. Great care taken with the removal of the piano. Respect for the owners property . An added bonus is that a future home is sought for the piano. Highly recommend this service. Thank you Stephen.

I couldn't believe how quickly and efficiently Stephen and his team removed our piano. The whole job was done within 5 minutes with no specialist parking or complicated arrangements needed. A couple of text messages, prompt arrival, 5 minutes on site, DONE. If only everyone was this brilliant. Also great to know that the piano will either be rehomed or at least recycled responsibility rather than just dumped. Highly recommended.
