Alan and his colleague Amin, thank you. As part of our move. As pianos are precious, they were so easy to get hold of on the phone or what's app, rather than online booking or chatbots. Transparent, very reasonable price. Insured. Trustworthy. Know what they are doing. Arrived at destination far faster than I did! Courteous and swift. Excellent service. Lovely chaps. Thank you!
I was lucky enough to find them to help me last week. The Allen team is incredibly professional, punctual, and affordable. I would highly recommend them 👍 👍
We've booked here twice now to move an upright piano. They're incredibly hard working, reliable, punctual and reasonably priced. Communication was easy, and they kindly moved the date & time for me twice, which I truly appreciate. They've made the process easy and enjoyable, and I will definitely book with them again!
These incredible guys moved my piano into my loft, despite me having previously been told by other companies that such a move would not be possible due to the small stairwell. This team were very creative, making full use of the space and were gentle with my piano. Moreover, they refused to accept that such a move would not be possible. Thanks to them, I can finally play my piano again without disturbing the other people in my house. I am so grateful to them and would 100% recommend them to anyone considering a piano move!
Alan has been professional, flexible and responsive to my request - replying and reminding us of our booking to move our piano down three fligh of - very thin - victorian stairs (in a newly painted and refurbished hall). He and his team expertly dismantled our piano, quickly and safely delivered it down the stairs, and rebuilt it in little to no time. I would highly recommend him - polite, skilled and efficient! Thank you Alan and your team!
Alan was very efficient and lovely. He fully dismantled our piano and moved it down very tight old Victorian staircases without causing any damage. If you ever need a piano mover these guys are the only options! Cannot recommend enough!
This is my go-to piano and furniture removal company. These guys have helped me and my piano move several times, sometimes managing to fit my heavy, 500 kg piano very easily through narrow staircases and without any scratches. Always responsive, communicative, and on time, Alan and his team have always delivered the highest service, and for a fair price. Highly recommend!
